The Monastery was established here at the request of the Taabe Rysantha Arguun as an attempt to ease the unrest amongst the prisoners and coalesce them away from violence. It is also a safe haven away from the violence perpetuated by the roving gangs as they war with one another for supplies and food. It is also strictly off limits to any Catani though sometimes they violate this decree.
